Your post doesn't make much sense. There is no such thing as Outlook v.7.0
and what do you mean with "unit based mail"?
Methods to read your mail on remote locations depends on which methods your
mail admin/ISP has made availble to you. Contact then for the configuration
details for your environment.

Autoforward should be configured on the mail server, not the client.
