How do I format the size of my header and footer?

I'm having a problem and need to re-format my header and footers. The footer
on one page has gotten very small, and the header on the following page has
gotten larger than normal. This continues through the second half of my
document.

You adjust the margins of your H & F in the Page Layout panel. They
can be different in different Sections.
