How do I format a document automaticaly in Word 2000?

How do I format a document automaticaly in Word 2000? Other than auto format
option.If such option is not there, tell how to use auto format option
effectively so that no need to format it manually even after using the auto
format option.

I suspect English is not your first language, but you'll have to explain
what you are looking for here.
In the meantime documents are formatted using templates and styles which
contain the layouts you require.

There is no substitute for learning how to use the program effectively.
Despite the "intuitive" nature of the software it isn't *psychic*:-)

Although you can create styles & templates which will provide such
automation they still have to be created first which takes some degree of
knowledge & experience. Otherwise AutoFormat is the best option you have.

which is presented in a way that a beginner can easily understand:
