What to do about Forgotten Password

Thought I would pass this on to everyone.

I changed my password in XP, and then promptly forgot it (ADD I guess). I
have the solution for it as well.

Reboot your machine in save mode (F8)

Log on to Administrator (which does not have a password)

Go to the Users area of control panel and open users.

Select the user who foolishly forgot their password.

Select "Delete Password"

Close the window.

VERY IMPORTANT.

If anyone knows how to do these steps, they can mess up your machine.

Put a password on "Administrator" and don't forget it.

IF YOU FORGET IT, YOUR ARE ROYALLY SCREWED.
