All of the sudden when I try to send/receive in outlook it will not allow me

If you're trying to download Hotmail, this error means that you need to
download and install the Connector:

This worked like *a charm* - even my computer guy didn't know about it. I
use the Excel group all the time so I suggested we go peek in the Outlook
group and he called me a "super nerd." And yet the fix was here and he
didn't know about it. Yea!
