How do I fix Support Code:85010014 in ActiveSync?

Each time I try to sync my smartphone to get my outlook data, I receive the
message indicated above. What is going on? ActiveSync tells me that I am
connected and my phone does the same.

Not an Outlook question. Ask in microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync
