I am trying to set up signatures for my 3 e-mail accounts. I have a new
computer and it will not take the application. The signatures worked fine on
my previous computer.

Outlook version? How are you trying to setup the signatures? If Outlook 2003 or earlier, do you have Word enabled as the Outlook Editor?

I have Outlook 2003, but I do not know if I have Word as my Outlook Editor.
How do I set that up?
Thank you,
Nonie

Tools->Options->Mail Format tab. If you have Word checked for message editor, uncheck it and then set up your signatures.

Thank you. I tried that - and set up the signatures without the editor
marked, and then went back in and set Word default. It is still not working.
I have 3 e-mail addresses. I only want a signature associated with one of
them. When I first set it up, the address would show on one of the ones I
didn't want it show as well as the one I did. When I would edit the commands
to just apply it to the intended address, the commands will show correctly,
but the signatures will not apply. Any suggestions would be welcome - I am
frustrated!

You need to set a per account signature and then make one the default. Then, using Word as the message editor, you can right click on the signature and select a different signature to automatically switch sending accounts. But you must define your signatures first and make one the default.
