How do I fix "Rules in Error?"

I recently upgraded to Outlook '07. In doing so, I have lost the ability to
use Rules to move incoming emails to my hard drive folders. Inititally the
email would transfer, but all text within the email's body would be lost -
only the subject would go through.

In an attempt to fix the problem I coverted my non-unicode data files to
Unicode data files (created a new data file and imported my old items to the
new data file).

I set up a simple rule as test and now I get an error box titled "Rules in
Error."

I have tried everything I can think of. Please help me.

did you try to fix the rule? the rule is still looking for the old pst, not
the new one.

I have deleted and recreated the rule several times without any success.
