How do I fix outlook to accept q-mail I am using Vista

's Computer Specifications

When I had to get a new laptop it had Vista operating system and since then
any e-mails coming from Q-Mail are badly garbled. How do I fix this?

Define "badly garbled", state your Outlook version, and the type of account
you use.
