everytime i try to install something the message "The Windows Installer
service could not be accessed" will pop up and then not finish the
installation and ive tried the resolutions on the microsoft help page. but i
cant do any of them, because te first one..i dont have "Msiserver" in the
regedit. and when i try doing the other option with the cmd program and
typing in "ren msi.dll msi.old.. etc." it says "the system cannot find the
file specified".. soo is there a website i need to download these files
(msiserver or the ren msi.dll msi.old ones??) orr what about the msiserver.

please help.
