I cannot fix this problem. when i send/receive in outlook i always get an
error message;
Network Connections
Error 623 The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection.

Thinking its something to do with changing from Dial up to Broadband.

Not an Outlook issue - contact your ISP for troubleshooting as this appears to be a network connectivity problem.

Thanks Milly for your response, however i did contact the ISP first, they did
tell me it was not a network issue and that it was a software issue and to
contact microsoft.
