I am getting an error msg. " Business contact Manager has encountered a
problem and needs to close." I have followed the directions, not change. I
have removed the program, and reinstalled. Still getting the same error
message. What do I need to do?

Try turning on logging (in the About dialog) and see if the log has
any details about the problem.
