Hello There,
Well I cannot say that its default location is exactly logical. If you are
not aware, you can drag it to the desktop using the right hand mouse key
and when you release it you will be given the choice of making a copy of
the shortcut or simply move it. If you have the patience you can do the
same thing but position it elsewhere off the start button (You have to keep
the mouse button pressed all of the time and you have to make it hover over
each of the menu names until you reach the one you want and then release
the mouse....there are of course other ways of doing it
