Can anyone tell me how i can find news threads that i have posted or replied to.

Sometimes following them up cna be a tedious affair

Thanks.

Im trying google, searching using group:microsoft.public.dotnet author:michael

It isnt finding anything ive authored, eg, this thread itself. Is there some time delay?

I do believe there is some delay, maybe one or more days.
For this group you would need to search
"microsoft.public.dotnet.framework" or "microsoft.public.dotnet.*"

I would suggest using a "real" newsreader (I use Microplanet Gravity)
and connecting to news.microsoft.com to read the groups. That way you
can keep track of things much more easily.

If you're using Outlook Express, mark the thread as "watched" by clicking in
the eyeglass column (to the left of the header.) By default, the header
will be in red and remain at the top of the Subjects window.
