After synchronising my hotmail and Outlook accounts the detailed report in
Outlook Connector Server Status window reported an error and referred me to
the Synch Issues folder. However, I don't have one listed in my Outlook
folders. Where would it be?

It's in with your Hotmail folders, probably right after the Sent Items folder
and in front of the Tasks folder.
