How do I find the source table (in Access database) used by MS Query. I know
it must be somewhere but am not a heavy user of MSQ.

hi,
open the MSQ in design mode.
Data>get external data>edit query.
if the query wizard comes up, go to sheet 4 and click
view data or edit query in microsoft query.
in the MSQ dising mode...
go view>SQL
This is the SQL statement behind the query. the table
will be named there.
Regards
Frank
