Where do i find the sound card so i can enable it . throught the control panel?

      6th Jan 2004
I accidently deleted some things by going through manul
defrag. I think. I cannot hear no volume and i see no
volume controls in right bottome corner. I open master
controls through control panel press it... error come
up. something like no sound card. I might of disabled
it. I've tried everything. How do I enable the sound
card again? PLEASE HELP ME!!!! THANKS.
