How do I find Outlook Repair Tool (can't empty deleted files)

's Computer Specifications

I have unread mail or deleted item files in Outlook2007 that will not remove,
usually displaying "messaging interface unknown error" note. I can't locate
the Outlook Repair Tool

Close Outlook. Go Offline and open Outlook. While being in the Offline mode try and delete the message(s)

's Computer Specifications

"scanpst.exe" is located in c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12
