I inserted 2 new 36.4GB HDD into our server, but when i
opened the disk management console, i dont see the newly
added disks. how do i find them?

Do you see them at the BIOS level of your computer?

for checking the bios i need to restart my server..isnt
there any other way

Not really. If the disk doesn't appear in the disk management snap-in, that
most likely means that your BIOS is unaware of the drive's existence.
