I've looked in program files and every where on C: and used filefind but
can't find it. The shortcut on my desktop just says "Microsoft Office
Frontpage 2003" but that doesn't seem work and no path is given. A search
for any file with "frontpage" in it turned up only shortcuts and no
application files.

Did you install it?

The exe is frontpg.exe I believe.

Try C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\FRONTPG.EXE
