When I tried to upload a site last night, all these other folders of sites I
was working on were on the frontpage ftp. I deleted them from there and now
I can't locate them anywhere. They were sites I was working on, and I need
to find them. Any suggestions?

Install the CD that you had the backup on. If you didn't have a
backup CD, it's time to work night and day building it all back!!
Every time you make any changes to a website, you should create a
backup CD.

Thank you for your quick answer. I didn't make a backup (of course not
NOTHING bad was gonna happen...duh) I just thought I was deleting them from
the ftp upload, not from the entire system. I'm kind of surprised that I
wasn't given some kind of warning. I have my work cut out for me now. I
guess the "live and learn" principle should be applied here.
Thanks again for answering so quickly.

Thank you for your quick reply. I checked on the server just in case, but
they aren't there. Back to the drawing board for me.
Thanks again,
sunnyone

Once they're gone they're gone unless you; 1- make backups, or 2- work locally and Publish to server using http:// method, then you always have copy (requires FP extensions installed on server).
