where do i find deleted files

Today I was typing my english paper, which that took me about 5 hours to
complete it. I know for sure i save it and when i was about to send it to my
e-mail so that i can print it at school, i can't find it! i'm so shock. i
can't find it anywhere. could you please, please help me. " where do i find
deleted files" well when i close the document. it didn't pop up and ask me if
i want to save it or not.

If you didn't save it then there is nothing to recover. I cannot imagine
working on a document for five hours and never saving it during that period.

If you did save it, it should be in the recent files list unless you edited
an e-mail attachment in which case it *may* be possible to recover your
