Sorry I am new to this posting thing and unsure if this is how I reply to
you or not so hope it works. I appreciate your speedy response very much. I
have done what you said and got the Outlook box up and *psn up. What do I do
now to reinstate contacts and email folders ‘lost’? If I click to open it
doesn’t work – it says ‘open with’ and if I click ‘use web to find
appropriate programme’ it takes me to MS webpage but I really don’t know what
I’m looking for. Your help is much appreciated.
