How do I find archived emails from the past six months?

I disconnected from our network. When I reconnected (laptop was on), to the
network, my Outlook was reassigned to another folder name. All my contacts,
emails, and calendar dates were missing for the past six months. Where are
they, and how can I retreive them? I have my contacts back via my Palm, but
my emails both current and saved are gone. How can I retreive them, and from
where?
