How do I find & open the OLK7C file?

This file usually grabs incoming email attachments and seems to be a sub-file
under My Documents in Word.

Is there some way to open each individually and delete only what should be
while leaving passwords etc?

What are you talking about? This folder is only a temp for storing files
that you open directly from within Outlook. You can empty it if you want
without affecting anything.

How do i find the OLK7C folder that comes up in outlook when i try to save attachments
