Hi, Daniel,
First, make sure you can see the index marks (actually, index entry fields),
which are formatted as Hidden text; click the Show/Hide button if necessary.
Then open the Replace dialog and enter this in the Find What box:
^19 XE
There is a space between the 9 and the X. Leave the Replace With box empty.
Click the Replace All button, and the entries will all be removed.
