How do I go about automatically sending all e-mail from a specific domain
(*@companyX.com) to a folder in outlook so the messages don't all end up in
either my inbox or junk mail?

First, create a rule.

'Apply this rule after the message arrives
with @blah.blah in the sender's address
move it to the ___ folder'

Second, add @blah.blah to the safe senders list, since junk mail determination
happens before rules fire.
