If 'numerous' means a lot and not merely two or three, and you will be
filling it with different data, then look out for a remaindered copy of
Abbyy Finereader 6 Corporate version, which included a brilliant form
filling tool. I believe this is now available as a separate programme, but
whether it remains as easy to use I cannot say.
Otherwise Jezebel has the Word answers (though personally I would use an
unbordered table rather than text boxes to layout a grid over the background
image of the form - and I would use form fields in the cells to accept the
data).
