How do I file a sent message automatically into the folder I replied from? I
will file certain emails into particular folders when they are a different
work flow stages. When I reply to customers it would be nice to have my
"sent" messages file back into the folder I originally replied from.

Is this possible? Since there are no standards in who the email is from or
the subject line, I haven't found a filter that could work either.

Tools - Options - E-Mail Options - Advanced E-Mail Options, check the 'In
folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message' box. =)
