how do i extract contacts from a list that was send to me?

I was a send a distribution list with a whole bunch of contacts. I would like
to extract all these contacts in order to import individually into my
contqcts folder. Any ideas??

In what format was this distribution list?

What did you actually receive? Any distribution list can be saved as a text file and that file used to import.
