Hi

I need to be able to export a list of messages (from, date, time and
subject) into Excel. However while I can see the date/time stamp in Outlook
(2007 and 2003) when I export the list or do a simple copy and paste, it is
only the date that appears in Excell.

the date/time data in Excel is all contained in the one string of numbers
AFAIK. Try this:
Copy the column containing the date info, and format it to time.
