How do I export email from Thunderbird to Outlook 2007?

I am wanting to change my email program from Thunderbird to Outlook 2007 and
I would like to transfer the emails in my inbox in Thunderbird to Outlook.
Does anyone know how to go about this? Thunderbird doesn't have an export
facility.
