How do I export email addresses from my Sent mailbox?

I need to create an email database from my "Sent" mailbox. I am currently
using Microsoft Outlook. Ultimately, what I'm trying to do is capture all the
email addresses of all my correspondences - none of which are in my Address
Book. Any thoughts? I'm not too computer savy, and haven't had luck going
through Outlook Help. Thank you!

Outlook can't do that without help. You'll need a third-party tool to do
the job for you. Start here: http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/addauto.asp
