Hello,

I have a client with Outlook 2007 with sp1 running ontop of Windows XP with
all service patches. She is using a new desktop and her cached auto complete
file was located on her old pc. She is only "POP'n" down her email.

When we did a search on her old pc for her nk2 file under her userprofile we
did not see it on her old machine. Are we looking in the wrong place?

Please let me know,

Thanks,

Hillary

Hi Hillary

have a look on this site :
http://www.ingressor.com/autocompletetips.htm

as special the part: "Migrating your NK2(s) file to a new machine "

Maybe it helps.
