how do I export/backup identities, where are my id's stored ?

I need to define a lot of Outlook email accounts on a new pc. Hor do I do
that ? Where are the different accounts stored ?

OL uses profiles, account settings are stored in the registry.
Save my settings wizard may help, depending on versions, but I believe it
dosent save passwords
There are apparently third party tools you can use

If you're in Outlook, go to Tools | Options | Mail Setup | E-mail accounts
