How do I export and inport files in Office 10 Beta?

Just downloaded Office 10 Beta. Having trouble finding the export and inport
files function. Is it there yet?

If you are wanting to connect to a pst file - just open it - do NOT use
import.

It is there, but I can't think of any reason to use it. Why do you need it?
I suspect you don't.
