As per the title.

I want to show all 7 days equally. At the moment, the Sat/Sun are squashed
up on top of each other.

Any ideas?

You cannot configure the 7 day view.

If you want the weekends to display individually in the month view, right
click in a one day view, select customize current view->other settings and
uncheck "Compress Weekend Days."
