When I send an email it looks fine, but when it arrives there are extra
spaces b/t paragraphs. I had the same problem with the signature but was
able to use "help" to fix it. The technique I learned there would be too
cumbersome to do on every email. I'm looking for a permanent way to make
sure that my emails show up the way they were sent.

The receiving party has considerable control over how your
e-mail messages appear. They may have font sizes set large
for their ease of reading.
Give us a couple more clues:
1. Outlook 2003?
2. Do you use Word 2003 to edit your e-mail?
3. Are your messages HTML, rich text or plain text.
