Usually the stuff on-line is copyright protected. First you should check
that you have authorization to use it.
Assuming that you have done all the legal stuff, you can then use one of the
converter programs that will download from YouTube or such, convert it to a
more common filetype and save it on your computer.
A number of these exist and many offer free demo versions. Just do a Google
search on the specific filetype and the word "converter".
