Wherever you acquired ZapfEllipt BT, it wasn't with any version of Office or
Windows. The page at
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/default.aspx
contains the complete list, and that font isn't included. In addition,
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;EN-US;837463 lists all the
fonts for recent Office versions.
A Google search for the font's full name, Zapf Elliptical BT, turns up a few
places that will sell it to you, such as
http://www.itcfonts.com/fonts/font/p...SCOPE=ITCFonts
and
http://cgd.buycreative.com/products/....php?pid=26239
and
http://www.paratype.com/btstore/font...Elliptical.htm.
