I configured my outlook 2003 to connect to an exchange server but I have a
limit of 10 MB which is setup in the server for my account. What I want to
do is to retreive the messages every time into my hard disk instead of just
wachinh them on the server itself so that way I will be able to free my
email box on the server.

I dont know how to do this guys

Laurent

It's been a while since I have done the entire procedure, but it basically
goes like this:

Create a PST file on your local drive, preferably in a folder in "My
Documents", so that you will know where it is.

From Outlook Tools select the Email Accounts
Under Deliver New Email specify the PST file that you created.
