I am trying to enter my authenticity code for Microsoft Office it is not
being accepted. I have tried to cntact Microsoft. Anyone have any other ideas?

It's a longshot, but try contacting the store you originally purchased it
from. Tell them about the problem. If it's new software, ask for an
exchange. You may not get an exchange, but maybe they can tell you who can
help.

What version of Office? What does the error message say exactly?
