how do I do drop down paragraphs- click headline and text appears

Hi how do I do drop down paragraphs for an email newsletter being produced in
outlook - i want to be able to click on the headline and have the text appear?

You can do it in lotos notes but I am now using Outlook
It is probably called something obscure so I cant find it in the help menu
