I would like to display an Excel file on my web page that would have r/w
access.
When I try to use the Data Base wizard it tell me something in the manner
that I have to address the cells that it is linking to but, I don't
understand.

I created a ODBC connector in File DSN but apparently don't need it. The
wizard allows you to select the file if all is on local machine.
