How do I display contacts in nickname order?

I am converting from Outlook Express and I use the "company name - person"
format, but can't seem to do it in Outlook. Is it possible?

Hi AJ,

(I hope I understood you) I would have have customized my view and my
columns (having added the fields I wanted to use / sort after). Im mostly
using phone list view. If you added Nickname you could easily sort
thereafter. np.
