I used to be able to print out e-mail (memo style) which shows attachment
(i.e. the paper-clip icon at the top under subject) and the attachment's file
name.

One day, it all went missing. My print-outs are now bare, with just From,
Sent, To, and Subject. I need to print out these attachments because my job
is concerned with Investigations and I need to prove file sent is with and/or
without attachments.

Version of Outlook? Does it happen to all message formats or just a specific
format?
