How do I disconnet all users automatically

I need to be able to tell all users to exit the database System by means of a
pop-up instructing them to disconnet or exit from the system. I'll appreciate
it if anyone could help me. Thank you.

Just in case it's not obvious, Tony's asking a legitimate question.

Often, the perceived need to kick users out of the application is
symptomatic of design flaws. If you tell us why you want to kick the users
off, we may be able to suggest an alternative.
