Hi,

I am using an Access 2003 db that has a built in function/button to call on
Outlook 2000 to send an email to a specific email account with an attachment.
Each time the function is called Outlook displays a warning message regarding
the "calling application" and has a timer before you can agree to the warning
and let Outlook email the attachment.

How do I disable the message so that it is always allows Access to call on
Outlook without the delay?

If you can change the code, use Redemption (www.dimastr.com). If you can't,
you could use a tool like http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/security/

Hi, thanks for your response!

Is there a means of doing something similar to what the Mapilab software
allows (i.e. specify that Access 2003 has full access to Outlook 2000) via a
registry edit rather than installing additional software?

Many thanks for your help.

No, as far as I can tell. Outloook Security actually monitors the calls, I
believe. Nothing settable in the registry will do that.
