How do I disable print, copy & paste options in word 2003

's Computer Specifications

I am in the process of restricting the ability of individual to make changes
to a word document. I know how to restrict access to a word document so
individuals cannot make changes but I also want to restrict their ability to
print, copy, and paste in the document.

If something is available as an electronic document, *something* can be
done. Maybe not completely in Word but if it can be seen, it can be done.
