How do I disable the default Search Companion for Windows
XP in Internet Explorer 6.0?
Every time I open my browser the search companion comes
up on the left side of the screen.
If I close it out it comes back up when I log on again.
Any help would be appreicatted.

Is it something you installed? If not.

Rule out parasites.

It's part of WinXP. I don't know how to permanently turn it off, but then I
like it..
